Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Raffle Radar at raffleradar.co.uk. Please read them before using the site. Continuing to browse or use Raffle Radar means you accept these terms in full.

Who we are

Raffle Radar is a free-to-use information and comparison website based in the United Kingdom. We pull together data on UK prize competitions and raffles in one place so you can browse, compare, and decide what to enter. We are not a competition operator — we don’t run draws, sell tickets, or take payments of any kind.

You must be 18 or over

Raffle Radar is only for people aged 18 and above. By using this site you confirm you meet that requirement. If you are under 18, please leave the site now.

Entering competitions can become habit-forming for some people. If you feel your spending on raffles or competitions is getting out of hand, free support is available at BeGambleAware, GamCare, and GAMSTOP.

What we do (and don’t do)

We collect publicly available information about UK prize competitions and display it on this site. Our job is to save you time searching — we are a signpost, not a shop.

This means:

  • We don’t enter you into any competition
  • We don’t process or store any payment details
  • We don’t have any influence over how competitions are run, drawn, or paid out
  • Any entry you make is a direct transaction between you and the competition operator

We can’t guarantee every listing is accurate

We update our data as regularly as we can, but competition operators change their prices, deadlines, and ticket availability at any time — sometimes without notice. The information on Raffle Radar may occasionally be out of date.

Always check the operator’s own website before buying a ticket. If there is ever a difference between what we show and what the operator shows, go with what the operator says. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, failed entries, or any loss resulting from relying solely on data displayed here.

This is not financial or gambling advice

Nothing on this site should be read as advice to enter — or not enter — any competition. We present information; what you do with it is entirely your own decision.

Most UK prize competitions are structured as skill-based draws and are not regulated by the Gambling Commission. All participation is at your own risk.

Our content belongs to us

The original content, design, data structure, and code that makes up Raffle Radar is our intellectual property. The way we collect, organise, and present competition data is protected as a database under UK law (Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997).

You are welcome to use the site as a normal visitor. Please do not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially use our data without contacting us first. Automated tools that extract data from this site are strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

Competition names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site remain the property of their respective operators.

We are not responsible for third-party sites

Clicking a link on Raffle Radar will take you to an external website run by a competition operator. Once you leave our site, these Terms no longer apply — you are governed by that operator’s own terms and policies.

We do not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, security, or conduct of any third-party website. We strongly recommend reading an operator’s terms before committing to an entry.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Raffle Radar will not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from:

  • Inaccurate or outdated information displayed on this site
  • The actions or reliability of any competition operator
  • Any financial loss from entering a competition
  • Technical issues, downtime, or unavailability of this website

Use of this site is entirely at your own risk. The service is provided as-is with no warranties, express or implied.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Carrying on using Raffle Radar after a change has been posted means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
