Diego Alejandro Torres Rodríguez, 22, was arrested by CTI agents from the Attorney General’s Office after he was seen following a minor on her way to school. According to judicial reports, Torres forced the girl into a car and took her to a remote area and raped her.
Surveillance footage captured the incident as the girl walked through the streets of Facatativá, where she was intercepted and coerced into the vehicle. Authorities stated that Torres threatened the victim with a firearm to abduct her against her will.
