The incident occurred on October 6th in Montjuic Park, Barcelona, where the victims were tourists from France. The assailant, identified as Henry R.C., a 31-year-old migrant from Ecuador, had reportedly attacked three other individuals on the same day.
Henry was quickly arrested and placed in a psychiatric hospital pending his court appearance this week. Fortunately, the one-year-old girl is reportedly doing well and did not need hospitalization.
