A 25-year-old man sustained multiple injuries after being dragged by a horse in Caarapó (MS) on Monday (7). The Civil Police are investigating whether the victim was attempting to steal the animal.
According to the Military Fire Department’s report, the man was being pulled through the center of Caarapó when bystanders intervened, stopping the horse and calling for assistance. At the scene, responders discovered that the man’s leg was entangled with the horse.
Firefighters stated that the young man was rescued while conscious and aware, but he was unable to explain the incident due to the severity of his pain. He was subsequently taken to the local hospital for treatment.
